LEARNING TO HAVE WHAT YOU HAVE!

CLICK THOUGHTOON!

How to have what you have!

---Make a list of people and things that you deal with much of the time. Being honest is very important to the final outcome. If you like or love someone because you think you have to, you aren’t being honest. You have to speak from the heart and how you really feel.

---The world has a certain amount of people and things in it. We will make three categories for them. 1] would be people and things that you would like/love to spend time with. 2] would have a certain amount of people and things you are very lukewarm about. It would be made up of people and things that you don’t really care if they exist or not. And number 3] would be people and things that you would be okay with if they didn’t exist.

---When one finds him or herself relating to people or things he/her enjoys relating from category 1], he or she is HAPPY.

---When relating to category 2], less HAPPY. Category 3] would be the least HAPPY.

---To make this very easy I will name three category situations that would appeal (or not) to most people. Category 1] Someone shows up and tells you have won $5000.00 per day for the rest of your life. A really big deal. Category 2] Someone tells you that your neighbor has won $10.00. Not such a big deal. Or, category 3] The IRS wants to audit you. Oh, No!

---The more HAPPINESS the things and people in your lives bring, the idea of having what you have, is NOT a problem. It is fun! When you are feeling secure that it will continue - you will usually feel very happy.

---When you begin feeling insecure about it continuing or the category changes to things and people you’re NOT too thrilled with - your happiness starts fading also.

Suggestion - make a list of things and people in your life and assign them a category. The more you fill category 1], the happier you tend to be. The further down from top you go, the less happy you are.

HINT: The more honest you are about the categories and how secure you feel about being happy (as long as your happiness is not at anyone’s expense,) you will find that honesty is the road to happiness. Don’t waste time being sad, but be glad that you have finally found it. If you stay honest and don’t waiver - the sky becomes the limit!

When you find your happiness comes at someone’s expense, that can be spotty and shallow at best. When you find your happiness comes from the good fortune of others, you will find that joy has come into your life and you will begin feeling better about everything!

BEING HONEST REALLY COMES TO BEING HONEST WITH YOUR FEELINGS AND YOUR ABILITY TO OWN UP TO HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THINGS!
